7. Limitation of Liability

YDM's liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
• Client's failure to follow recommendations may limit our liability

8. Service Level Agreements

We commit to:

• Response times as specified in individual service agreements

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under these conditions:

• 30-day written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for material breach of contract
• Completion of project-based work as specified
• Payment obligations continue for services already provided

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.
